HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We offer easy, no hassle returns! Simply, return your item to the address below and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to include your Order ID Number on the outside of the box so that we can issue a refund to the proper credit card. If you have any questions, you may contact our Returns Department at sales@seductiondepot.com.
Our terms of our return policy are as follows:
- All returns must be received at our location within 14 days of the order date. If your return is sent back later than 14 days and is deemed acceptable, a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If you elect for an exchange instead of a refund, then a separate charge will be made to your credit card to account for this fee.
- We cannot accept returns on hosiery, novelties, certain lingerie, or any intimate apparel due to health regulations.
- Due to the nature of our costume business, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Halloween costumes or merchandise during the months of September, October, & November. All Halloween sales are final!
- All clothing returns must show no signs of wear, and include all accessories & pieces with the original tags in place.
- On all exchanges, the customer is responsible for and will be charged the associated fees to ship out replacement items.
- Any orders or packages refused by the buyer are subject to 25% restocking fee, as well as all associated shipping fees. This will be applied directly to the credit card used in the purchase of the order. Packages which are marked refused but have been opened, will not be accepted.
- All returns must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
- If you are returning shoes, please do NOT send the shoes back without a proper shipping box or container. A shoe box received with shipping tape and label applied to the shoe box directly will not be accepted as it is considered a damaged product!

DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical product free of charge. Damaged returns must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of initial receipt!
