SHIPPING METHOD
We use UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery services to ship your packages, depending on the provided shipping address and items purchased. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery.
NOTE: Free Shipping is available via FedEx Ground and USPS to PO Box. Lingerie overnight shipping to 48 states is also available for $30.
NOTE: Shipping addresses with a P.O. Box are shipped by USPS Priority Mail services, and are not guaranteed within the Express Shipping time frames. Please refer to the estimated delivery times for this service at www.usps.com.
DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word “lingerie.” In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of placement. 90% of our shipments placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time process and ship the same day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Oversize items and certain specialty items may require extra shipping & handling times. Please allow extra time for the arrival of these items. Such items include but are not limited to Liberator products, wigs, shoes and oversize items that might need special packaging.
Standard Shipping: Lingerie is shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex Ground. Please allow 5-7 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Priority Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Order processing time remains the same as a Standard Package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Express Shipping: Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days after leaving our warehouse. For some cities refer to United State Postal Service and may take up to 2 business days. Order Processing Time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
